Silvis, Ill (ECWd) –
Alderman Craig Pirmann, Second Ward resigned immediately earlier today amid an ethics probe by the City’s Ethics Commission.
The mayor has stated the resignation will not stop the Ethics probe into the complaint filed against Permann.
We believe another issue, other than the ethics probe, is what caused his immediate resignation.

Glad to see some government entities use their Ethics Commission and know how to follow the law. Shelby County has utterly ignored five ethics complaints filed against the board chairman.
