Update on the 5 D.O.C. Officers arrested: Mugshots, Charge Sheets -

Bloomington, IL. (ECWd) -

This is an update to our earlier article on the five Illinois Department of Corrections Officer who ended up being arrested mid-February.

All five officers were charged with Felonies of varying degree, with Bonds between $20,000 and $50,000. All five have bonded out with 10% of the Bond amount. Click an item below to read it.

Adam Deal: Mugshot - Field Arrest Report - Inmate Release Sheet $50,000 Bond, 10% applies

Jason Dyer: Mugshot - Field Arrest Report - Inmate Release Sheet $30,000 Bond, 10% applies

Adam Greenway: Mugshot - Field Arrest Report - Inmate Release Sheet $20,000 Bond, 10% applies

Nicholas Page: Mugshot - Field Arrest Report - Inmate Release Sheet $30,000 Bond, 10% applies

Gino Wendes: Mugshot - Field Arrest Report - Inmate Release Sheet $20,000 Bond, 10% applies

The following individuals were arrested stemming from an incident that occurred at “Dat Bar” 402 West Main St. Lexington, IL on 02/12/21 at approximately 10:47 p.m.

Adam Deal, age 38 of Pontiac, IL.  Deal was arrested for Aggravated Battery.  The McLean County State Attorney’s also charge him with Mob Action.  Bond was set at $50,000 10%.   Deal has posted bond.

Jason Dyer, age 43 of Cooksville, IL.  Dyer was arrested for Aggravated Battery.  The McLean County State Attorney’s also charge him with Mob Action.  Bond was set at $30,000 10%.   Dyer has posted bond.

Adam Greenway, age 29 of Flanagan, IL.  Greenway was arrested for Aggravated Battery.  The McLean County State Attorney’s also charge him with Mob Action.  Bond was set at $20,000 10%.   Greenway has posted bond.

Nicholas Page, age 25 of Peoria, IL.  Page was arrested for Aggravated Battery.  The McLean County State Attorney’s also charge him with Mob Action.  Bond was set at $30,000 10%.   Page has posted bond.

Gino Wendes, age 24 of Kankakee, IL.  Wendes  was arrested for Aggravated Battery and Aggravated Battery to a person over the age of 60.  The McLean County State Attorney’s also charge him with Mob Action.  Bond was set at $20,000 10%.   Wendes has posted bond.

Deal, Dyer, Greenway and Wendes were arrested at the Lexington Police Department on 02/24/21 after interviews were conducted.  Page was arrested the following morning after interviews were conducted.

    I suspect that unless the behavior of these guys is so egregious, the Agg. Battery (Public Place) will be dropped to simple Battery (causing minor injury or making physical contact of an insulting or provoking nature). It will be interesting to read the actual arrest report.

    I’d like to see you investigate the sadistic abuse by guards/staff IN the LaSalle County jail!!
