Illinois (ECWd) –
Merely days after laughing at the suggestion of opening up Illinois by regions, Governor JB Pritzker announced he would condone it, under certain conditions.
During today’s Daily COVID-19 Briefing, Gov Pritzker was asked about opening up the state by regions, his response was that “yes” he would certainly do that if there was a steady decline in hospitalization and infection rates (bent curve) over a 14 day period in an area, that part of the state could open up.
Using the Governor’s own words, Edgar County, and the other five counties without a positive COVID-19 case should be open now! Is he a man of his word? If so, Edgar County should open their doors! ZERO cases, ZERO hospitalizations. Not only do we have a low case count, low death count and low infection rate, since all are zero, there is no doubling rate they are so concerned about.

Posted at 21:43h, 01 MayAny shot 72 hours is enough time passed where Slim and his handlers can spin it that it was 100% his brain child idea? I’ve got a hunch roughly 5-6 counties that elected him will buy it, heck who knows everyone might forget all about how his family are violating the stay at home thing as well.

Posted at 17:49h, 02 MayEarly on I believe the shutdown was the right move because of the lack of knowledge about the virus. The Chinese Communist govt lied about the numbers and we couldn’t trust what they were telling us to be true. But now, the shutdown needs to end. Those who want to isolate and wear masks can, but everyone shouldn’t be mandated to do so. Open everything up Pritzker, many people are financially and emotionally hurting. You are killing business and jobs!

Posted at 10:49h, 22 MayI have to chuckle from one comment in this article: Is the Governor a man of his Word? Simple answer, NO. This Governor wakes up in a new world ever day like geese; he walks around like sheep who can never find their way home alone. He can’t tell the truth because he inherently is prone to lie. He is predisposed to lying because he has no moral or ethical compass. Even with Illinois record of electing the most corrupt and dishonest, it’s stunning to believe one so clueless is Governor.
