I don’t live in Edgar county but my county had a referendum on the ballot and this election was 3rd time it was on the ballot. It passed on the 3rd time because it was reworded to state exactly what it was for and a time cap of 20 years was put on it. The Edgar county referendum was very generic without a time cap. So my question is what is the county planning to use the money for? How many times has the same referendum been on the ballot? Did the county put a lot of advertising out on it? Just curious is all. Our Referendum was to restore our 115 year old courthouse which is detiorating with a leaking dome and more. It is the center of our downtown. In Logan County
