Pecatonica, IL. (ECWd) –
Another eventful Pecatonica Township meeting led to the Township’s Attorney, John Nelson, called a resident an asshole just prior to the meeting being called to order.
When I attempted to get clarification on who Nelson was directing his comment to, Supervisor Joe Musso said there would be no swearing.
He must have meant no swearing by attendees because he never directed any comments on swearing to the township’s attorney, who is the person who called residents assholes.

It amazes me how some look at logic as an enemy, and truth as a menace; I have also noticed name-calling is the tool of the loser.

Takes one to know one?

Yep. There are no professional practice rules broached by the ARDC which would necessarily restrict a lawyer’s right to derogate other lawyers, non-lawyers, or other professional practices in public places such as a township boardroom. Hey…I’m a grumpy old man.

Someone should tell the goofballs that polishing their heads with the Preparation H wipes won’t fix any libido issues they may have, doing that just turns their domes into giant reflectors! Also that won’t do much to get rid of hemorrhoids- that’s something only the voters can effectively treat!
