College of DuPage to vote on Glaser-Sapyta lawsuit dismissal - $0

ON June 20, 2017

College of DuPage (ECWd) -

The College of DuPage will vote on June 22nd to approve the settlement agreement in the Federal lawsuit filed by former employees Thomas Glaser and Lynn Sapyta who had filed a suit alleging, among other things, wrongful termination.

This includes NO money paid from the College of DuPage or its insurance companies.

It also includes a mutual non-disparagement agreement with all parties involved.

    You are mostly correct, $$$$ often constitutes “valuable consideration”–

    But so does “Forbearance” (the act of refraining from exercising a legal right,,,)
