Proof of Conflict with Gary Strohm on Ethics Commission -

BY JOHN KRAFT & KIRK ALLEN

ON November 15, 2015

Clark Co., IL. (ECWd) -
We recently reported that Joe Ewing had appointed Gary Strohm to the Clark County Park District Ethics Commission, and also stated Strohm was conflicted on should not be on that commission because he could never FAITHFULLY execute the duties of that office for THE PEOPLE of Clark County.
Exhibit 1, below, includes evidence that at least one park commissioner named as alleged ethics violator has a business relationship with Strohm and Strohm Newspapers, Inc.
As late as September 28, 2015, the statement of ownership published in the Marshall Advocate included Ron Stone as a shareholder.

Do you really think Strohm would find any wrongs made by his business partner - no matter how solid the evidence is against him? Could he FAITHFULLY act on behalf of the [ALL] people of Clark County?
The answer is "NO"...
