COD - Breaking - Potential Continuing Education Credit Fraud?

BY KIRK ALLEN & JOHN KRAFT

ON March 28, 2015

DuPage C0. (ECWd) -

We obtained a 17 page document today that lays out some very serious allegations of possible fraud as it relates to continuing education credits and enrollment numbers at COD.  If the information is validated the ramifications are tremendous.  Not only to the taxpayers, but to each and every student who could potentially not have the credentials they think they have.

Although unable to authenticate the author of the document, I have spoken with COD staff members and confirmed they too received a copy of the information.  All indications are someone is blowing the whistle!

Normally such a document would be withheld until much further investigation can be done, however, in this case it appears there are sufficient concerns raised that are worthy of putting this out for everyone to see and possibly provide additional input.

Consider this a call to action!

If you have ANY information that will provide additional validation to the questionable practices outlined in this 17 page document please contact us immediately.

All contacts are confidential.

Boy, oh, boy! Just think of the number of criminal court convictions that could be in jeopardy because of testimony of improperly trained or non-certified police officers, who had no idea their training was deficient.
