Will Co. (ECWd) –
Update on a previously published video of Stateville Prison Guard, Officer Chris Koziol’s alleged battery for repeatedly punching an inmate while other officers looked on.
He was indicted and charged with Aggravated Battery with Great Bodily Harm.
He plead Not Guilty, and there is a Pretrial scheduled for January 21, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. in Will County Circuit Court.
