CHICAGO, IL. (ECWd) –
One of our readers submitted this photo, which shows a vehicle belonging the Chicago Board of Education parked at the “Cordial Inn” in Brookfield, IL – a bar.
The vehicle was there until after 1:30 a.m. last Saturday night (Sun morning) and later.
The person taking the photo used our “GovPlates.com” website to identify which public body the vehicle belonged to.
We will use the Freedom of Information Act to identify the driver of the vehicle and will update when the name is revealed.

It’s a weekend.. jez…
and a public vehicle should not be at a bar unless it is there for public business, which I doubt a school board has any public business at a bar at 1:20 a.m. They can drive their own vehicle…
They serve food. They have good hamburgers there. What if this car was at Applebee’s?
What public business was being conducted, at a bar, at 1:30 a.m. on a Saturday night (Sunday morning)?
