DeKalb Co., Ill. (ECWd) –
Nathan P. Sweeney was sentenced to 14 years in prison in DeKalb County Circuit Court yesterday for a DUI resulting in the death of a DeKalb County Sheriff’s Deputy.
He should have had his CDL license revoked previous to this incident, but instead there was a concerted effort to permit him to keep driving and to not notify the Secretary of State.
