In a 237 seven-page ruling issued today, the United States Supreme Court ruled that the Harvard and University of North Carolina’s affirmative action admission programs violate the 14th Amendment.

Lawlessness actually is in vogue right now with some, as is ignoring the law and Supreme Court decisions….
So WHY was it ever implemented and did it take so long to strike it down? Glad they finally struck it down , but these Marxists will find a way to get around it and skirt the law.
