Wesley Twp., IL. (ECWd) –
Today, the attorney for Wesley Township dropped all counterclaims against Plaintiff Brzana et al, in her Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the Township of Wesley.
The township also wanted to “seasonally supplement discovery” from information they received from residents, and to provide records recovered after hiring a data recovery firm to recover data on their hard drives.
This will be provided to Plaintiff’s attorney within 7 days.
A status hearing is scheduled for January 4, 2022, at 9 a.m.
