My opinion: In my experience, female defendants found guilty in these types of cases frequently used the ill-gotten proceeds for such things as jewelry, vacations, down payments on cars, makeup, manicures, pedicures, hair color/cuts, and clothing including…Spanks.

ISP Troopers Tony Guinn as well as Jason Fajt, were both involved in another ECWD matter of interest and an investigation into wrong doing.
This goes back a few years to the Edgar County Airport advisory board member whom was residing and voting in two states AT THE SAME TIME.
Their findings resulted in charges against J. D. Kessler and a subsequent plea bargain on those charges.
Both officers exemplified the upmost in professionalism, with hard work, honesty and courage. Many, many thanks to them.
