Outstanding. Baseless claims of sexual assault or abuse can ruin a person. Those who make false claims need to be prosecuted.

I’m related her to Hilary and miles and I honestly can’t believe he lied to the court to get her acquitted. He found them in bed to together. Explain how she’s not guilty? fxxxxxx disgusting

“The judge said a sexual abuse charge might have applied to Rawlings’ case, but she wasn’t charged with that offense so he couldn’t find her guilty of it.” jg-tc.com

State’s Attorney Jesse Danley didn’t bother to study the case closely enough to file the right charges. Some of the charges include holding a position of trust, authority, or supervision in relation to the victim. If the young man had been a student in the school where she worked, this would have applied, but he wasn’t a student in that school. Don’t blame the Judge, he is only allowed to rule on the charges that were filed, not the charges that should have been filed.
