Bradley, IL. (ECWd) –

Catherine Wojnarowski, Village Administrator for the Village of Bradley, Illinois has been charged with a Class A Criminal Misdemeanor of Domestic Battery / Physical Contact.

Case Number 2020-CM-0581 was filed today, October 7, 2020, in Kankakee County Circuit Court with a Hearing date scheduled for November 4, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 309. A notice to Appear was filed, along with the Charge Information.

This stems from an incident on December 7, 2019, where she is alleged to have engaged in an altercation with her now-former boyfriend, who lives in Indiana.

We previously wrote about the complaint of domestic battery filed against her, Order of Protection granted against her in Indiana, the allegations of texting gay slurs, and then a couple of weeks ago the Kankakee County Court denied her initial complaint for Emergency Order of Protection against the alleged battery victim, and postponed the Hearing on the Plenary OP she filed against the person she is accused of Battering.

After our initial article, she was placed on Administrative Leave from her position as Village Administrator in Bradley, Illinois.
