Property Tax Relief Task Force Legislative Hearing in Coles County- Public urged to attend - October 15, 2019

The Concerned Taxpayers of Coles County will host a Legislative Hearing Chaired by State Representative Mary Flowers, Chair of Governor Pritzker’s Property Tax Relief Task Force. State Representative Mary Flowers invites all property owners and renters to attend the Legislative Hearing.

The Legislative Hearing is scheduled for:
Tuesday, October 15, 2019
Cross County Mall
Suite #10 (former Carson’s store)
700 Broadway Ave. East
Mattoon, IL 61938
Doors Open 6:00 PM ‐ “HEARING” 6:30—8:30 PM
(There will be an hour and a half for public comment and questions)

All residents, property taxpayers, homeowners, tenants, investors, entrepreneurs, and community members of Coles and the surrounding counties in downstate IL are encouraged to attend. This is the only downstate hearing scheduled by the task force.

This is your chance to have your voice heard and give input about what our legislators should do regarding the high property taxes in our state!
