CLARK CO., IL. (ECWd) –
Clark County Park District Commissioner Terry Stepp tendered his resignation early last week.
He was one of the commissioners pushing to lease out recreational property of the Park District for 50 years, times 2, for a proposed subdivision.
He fell into to the minority of commissioners after this past April election and decided it was time to call it quits.

Terry needed to resign a long time ago for the betterment of the park. Perhaps now, there will more energy spent on listening carefully to the citizens, researching the issues and working harder for solutions that benefit everyone.
